Greetings in the Wonderful Name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
On
behalf of our Diocesan and Elect Lady of the Mountain States Council,
the Honorable Bishop Gregory W. and Cynthia Newman, Chairman District
Elder Eddie McCall and Lady Sharon McCall, and Vice Chairman District
Elder Eddie Robinson and Lady Sandra Robinson, we extend holy greetings
to all.
The summer session of the Mountain States Council will
convene on Wednesday, July 8 through Friday, July 10, 2009 hosted by
Senior District Elder Clayton Carr and Bethlehem Temple Church in El
Paso, Texas. All council events will be held at Cristo Viene Church
located at 8800 Cristo Viene Drive, El Paso, Texas.
God has
been so gracious to all of us and we thank Him for his bountiful
blessings. We hope everyone is making plans to attend the summer
session of our council. We are expecting God to do great things in the
city of El Paso.
The main hotel for the delegates' stay has
been selected and final arrangements have been completed. We request
that everyone make their reservations as soon as possible so it can be
determined if a larger block of rooms is necessary.
The MSC
Executive Board will be in session on Tuesday, July 7 at 10:00 a.m. at
Bethlehem Temple (4131 East Yandell). There will be no meeting for
auxiliary presidents or the executive staff.
The deadline for pre-registration for this MSC session is June 21, 2009.
Please
note that auxiliary reporting forms are now included with the general
letter. All completed reporting forms and completed registration forms
along with a detailed Registration List Summary and one check covering
all representations should be mailed to the General Secretary, Sis.
Iris Bush, no later than June 28, 2009 at 11606 W. Madison Street,
Avondale, AZ 85323.

EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENTS
AND LOVE OFFERINGS
All officers should pick up
their expense reimbursements/love offerings during the treasurer's
office hours. Plan to complete all necessary paperwork and obtain your
check on Wednesday or Thursday during the scheduled office hours.
Please do not wait until Friday night.

| ECCLESIASTICAL RECOGNITION & ATTIRE
Reminder to
all Pastors, Elders, Ministers, and Evangelists -- Please remember to
wear your robes or clergy attire on Friday evening. You will need to
be in line for the ecclesiastical procession by 7:15 p.m. (evening
worship begins at 7:30 p.m.)

finalize your plans for attending the summer session of the Mountain
States Council. A program has been planned to meet your needs and
encourage your spiritual growth! Please plan to attend and bring
someone with you! I encourage you to become active and involved in our
council sessions. Senior District Elder Clayton Carr & Mother
Carmie Carr, along with Co-Pastor Daniel Washington & Sis. Shirley
Washington, and the members of Bethlehem Temple are making arrangements
for our stay in their city. Let's journey to El Paso, Texas with

A block of rooms have been reserved for our stay at
the Holiday Inn Express. Rooms are $80.00 per night when you call the
direct number (915-590-3200) and indicate you are with the Mountain
States Council. Please make your reservations as soon as possible.
Reservations must be made by June 30, 2009 in order to
receive the $80 rate. This hotel is located near Zaragosa and I-10,
which is very close to the church where we will meet during day and
evening sessions. |
